You are your child’s first and best teacher. TOP believes it’s a privilege to come alongside you in molding your child into who they will become.
Parents are an integral part.
TOP builds parent involvement into the DNA of how we function. From committee roles to support groups to student progress reports, we involve parents all along the way. A child’s progress is shared with the parents regularly, we work hard to ensure services are family-friendly, and parents are more than welcome to visit anytime.
Our Teachers
Each teacher is highly trained and equipped for the children they nurture.
- Teachers hold Early Childhood Education degrees or certificates in Early Childhood Education
- Imbedded professional coaching and mentoring
- Low student-teacher ratios: 10:1
- Each classroom has a minimum of two early learning professionals
Our Students
Each child is given special consideration in how they are taught. A Personal Education Plan is formed for each child to develop their strengths and improve where they’re weaker.
- TOP partners with Rainbows to provide holistic family care on site, and medical professionals are routinely brought in.
- Teachers regularly assess the child’s progress and make adjustments to instruction as needed.
- A positive homelife is vital for student success. To help struggling families, TOP employs a full-time family service coordinator.
“One of the best moments of my day is when I get a notification with a picture of my daughter and a description of what she is learning. Teachers are always quick to respond to questions I have. There are many parenting/support groups available to get involved with too!”
– Cindy W. | Parent, TOP Early Learning Centers

A: Yes, each of the TOP Early Learning Centers has a full-sized commercial kitchen on site, staffed by a professional cook and kitchen staff. Your child will receive two nutritious meals and one snack each day.
Meals are served family style in the classrooms, allowing children to learn proper table manners, sharing, how to set and clean up a table, how to serve food, and a chance to discuss foods they may have never previously been aware of.
