Step 1

Fill out the forms.

Download and complete the three forms in our enrollment packet. Then print and bring them with you to your first appointment.

Step 2

Provide a doctor’s note.

If your child has any type of food allergy, a meal modification form must be signed by a doctor and turned into the enrollment coordinator along with the enrollment forms. Your child will not be able to begin our program without it.

Step 3

Let’s talk.

Call us to make an appointment with the enrollment coordinator at the TOP location of your choice. During your visit, we’ll take you on a tour of the center, introduce you to your child’s teacher, review your paperwork, and answer any other questions you may have.
